Capabilities

Fancher Chair can manufacture your product to the level you need. We can make component parts or complete chairs. We use all domestic hardwoods including Maple, Cherry, Red Oak, White Oak, Hickory, Ash and Walnut. We also import European Beech. We use exotic hardwoods upon request. Fancher currently produces about 300 chairs per day.

We use a variety of machinery in building and finishing our products. This machinery includes:

	Two 5axis machining centers		All standard woodworking equipment including moulders, planers, rip saws, table saws, bandsaws, wide belt sander, mortisers, shapers, horizontal and vertical boring equipment
	Two 3axis routers
	CNC Tennoners
	CNC profilers

Chair parts can be sanded to your specification. We have a Heesman sander for all flat parts. We have several types of sanders for sanding all the compound shapes in modern chairs. After assembly all chairs are then hand sanded and inspected. We custom match all our finishes in house to meet your specifications. We have our own Valspar custom finish match center. We use both water and solvent based stains with 2 urethane top coats. Upholstery is available in COM or COL.
